restless legs and protien shakes :(
Discussion
I have been using an american gluten free protien shake N_large 2 for a few months with out any issues, however I chenged to reflex instant mass uk made
just after christmas and ever since I started on the reflex I cant sit still.
I dont notice too much in the day its at night when it starts, when watching tv, my legs get a burning feeling and I just have to get up and walk around, and again when I go to bed I am moving my legs like I am walking its that bad and it lasts for hours.
I did stop taking it thursday last week and have had no jumpy legs.
What can be in this reflex that is causing me the problems so I can avoid it in the future?
Could it be the egg whites, gluten? whats gluten
Thanks chaps.

hi, its defo not milk, I have been eating/drinking milk for years with no problems, its only when I drink the reflex shake.
I want to know whats causing it because if I try another brand that I can get localy and it does the same ill have to live with it until its gone because its too expensive to throw away.
The n-latge2 has no yeast, wheat, egg, glutens artificial colours or preservatives.
The reflex is full of wheat, barley, and gluten

I have also been drinking milk (and eating gluten) for years with no problems and then about a year a go boom! it all went downhill. It's a typical pattern apparently.
Probably more likely to be the gluten but why not cut dairy out for a week to see what happens?
BTW That deadlift bar is bloody brilliant, thanks again for the tip, turned my workouts around!
