Looks like it will be one of weldings inside the exhaust that broke causing a pipe and/or plate to come loose.
Replacing a PSE exhaust is expensive.
Best is to look for a shop that can open and repair this.
Thanks M030 - I'm going to get it looked at, but any idea on the replacement costs of each box(just in case)?Replacing a PSE exhaust is expensive.

All useful thoughts! In normal mode it's quiet - just rattles when in sport mode! Sounds like it could be the valves themselves (which were sticking closed a couple of weeks ago)!
you can rule out the cats then as mine rattled in either mode.. which you'll be pleased about as they cost £2500 plus fitting from an OPC

Problem solved - the exhaust tips were loose and on one side the retaining bolt had snapped (or been snapped by somebody)! Now fixed by Nine Excellence on Wednesday (as I noticed one was at a jaunty angle).
No finger pointing, but it spent some serious time with a car detailer a couple of weeks ago .....

Sheet! Even better - when you "pull the (orange) plug" in the engine bay - they don't rattle at all .......
