Anyone know the serial number of the bosch injectors in a 964 RS? Also, the serial number of the upgrades fitted?

They will be Bosch 0 280 150 xxx... Thanks

If you want to upgrade them, 9m uses 944 Turbo injectors. You can get these from eurocarparts.com for a bout 80 GBP each from memory. These run on a different ohmage or sommat, so always get an expert to do these upgrades for you - Motec magic box may be required

I'm sure the eurocarparts website has all the parts no's your heart desires. I dunno them off the top of my head as only Melvin and 9m are that sad

Cheers Dom,

Ah the old 803's (cossie injectors). With an M600 and 6 of those little fellas, that'll be GBP 1620 then. (Found a cheeky little place in AUS and a mate will bring them over!) All I need now is a couple of other sensors and someone to set the thing up!

You're right, the standard RS injectors (the 731's) are high impendance, whereas the higher flow ones are low impedance. As long as the EMS is told about this, there should be no probs. I'm not sure what sort of fuel pressure/flow rate 9M is running when he quotes they can run at 100hp/injector, but even on a BSFC of 0.37, running at 95% duty cycle, they're only quoted around 95hp! More like 80hp max/injector. Still, it should allow for 380hp flat out!

Dom,

It should be in progress in mid-aug when people pile down to the RR day you know where.

Next question: does anyone know the fuel pump stats for an RS? i.e. X flow rate @ Y psi?

ta.

PS you're welcome to an instruction manual.

PPS Went out in a mate's SLR last night with A032 super soft yoko's on. I would challenge ANYONE to keep with it down a B road. Awesome.

I'm using the 363's at 3.8bar, 59lbs/hr. They run at 6amps and good for 650bhp... M600 can handle all sorts of injectors so no worries in that department.
