Ok, I need a great looking, great sounding convertible with as much space and comfort in the rear as possible.
Handling - not important, MPG - single digits are fine. Budget - ideally below 10k. I want it to get as much attention as possible, it will be a business venture.

So far I've found a Caddy Eldorado that kind of matches the description. Are there any modern 4 seater convertible with full size seats in the back?

The rear seats are really too small from the photos I saw but thanks.

Interceptor? Will certainly get you attention, but the budget could be a problem.

2008 Volvo C70 - 33.9 inches rear legroom

2008 Chrysler Sebring - 33.5 inches rear legroom

2008 Audi A4 - 32.4 inches rear legroom

2008 Audi S4 - 32.4 inches rear legroom

2008 Saab 9-3 – 32 inches rear legroom

2008 BMW 3 Series - 31.9 inches rear legroom

2008 Volkswagen New Beetle - 31.5 inches rear legroom

2008 Ford Mustang – 31 inches rear legroom

2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class - 30.4

2008 Ford Shelby GT500 - 30.3 inches rear legroom

2007 Bentley Continental GTC - 29.3 inches rear legroom

2007 BMW 6 Series – 29 inches rear legroom

2007 BMW M6 – 29 inches rear legroom

2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder - 27.7 inches rear legroom

2007 MINI Cooper - 27.5 inches rear legroom

Simple, you can get a very good TVR Chimaera with that budget, fulfills all your criteria in spades.

Edited, as I didn't notice at first that rear seats were required, oops!

As lovely as those seats are, I wouldn't call them full size and comfortable:
