Hi all, thinking of being a TVR owner once again, two years after selling my Tuscan 2 (which I regret). Thinking of a Tamora. Will I be happy with this after owning a 4.0 Tuscan 2? Any particular considerations differentiate the two? I had a Griff for several years so a OK on the hood / targa top equation.

One thing I am not keen on, Tamora front headlights seem very old fashioned, and not in keeping with the appearance of the rest of the car. Is it possible to convert them in some way so they don't look like they have been salvaged from a 40 year old MG???

Thanks, as always for the responses!
Jim

There are a few options, but I've been trying to search, but no joy!

Options are: convert the front to Tuscan-esque holes, put in the T350s lights, or change the lights to (?) Polo HID items.

The Power bodyshop do HID upgrades for the Chim at around £650 I think, and I know Raceproved and a few others will undertake such work.

There are photos floating around of all three, but I'll be damned if I can find them currently! smile

I would wait until you need a front end respray before tackling a light conversion.

Thanks, that's great. I think a T350 conversion would look good. I assume it would not impair the car's value.
