How many M600 ?
Discussion
DVLA seems to say there are only the two factory ones (blue and black), the red returned LHD customer car (the one that broke on top gear) and the blue 'carbon' one, so that makes 4.
As to sold, the red one was, but seemed to have come back so I assume they returned the customer's money, and the blue one I assume has been sold via Romans, so that could be one or two sold depending if they had to refund the money on the red one.

Not forgetting the black one with yellow diffuser who's pictures I uploaded a couple of months ago....

Joust, we all know how much you dislike the M600, so why bother writing crap every time about it.
There is the baby blue one, the graphite one, the pearl red one, a black one, couple of white ones, one of which I think has gone abroad, The blue carbon one, and 2 more being finished at the mo, (1 of which I want) and a couple more in build.
Apart from the 3x press cars, I think the rest are all customers cars.
The M600 is an amazing car for such a small company to build on a very low volumn which is why the car is priced where it is. I very much doubt they could drop the price at all due to the level of bespoke parts on the car.

So that means they aren't appearing on the DVLA database. Not sure why that's "crap"?There is the baby blue one, the graphite one, the pearl red one, a black one, couple of white ones, one of which I think has gone abroad, The blue carbon one, and 2 more being finished at the mo, (1 of which I want) and a couple more in build.

Just out of interest how many M12 range Nobles show on the DVLA database?
They all appeared under "Other British".This is a site that gives one view of the DVLA data. http://howmanyleft.co.uk/
You can get the raw files though and drill down a bit further than that lets you. All here http://www.dft.gov.uk/statistics/releases/vehicle-...

pretty sure M12s were not able to be registered overseas without being registered in UK first?
US ones were shipped just as a chassis etc, but I guess you are right on the other International ones?Given that most other countries don't have an equivalent of SVA I guess it's better to get it legal in one country before trying to get it done in another?

Not sure why the DVLA wouldn't have at least six of these cars in their database but here goes, the following have all been seen in the public / press so without giving up too many state secrets. Four factory cars per the attached Black (WHO), Blue (GB), Graphite (RHD demonstrator), Red (LHD demonstrator) plus Black/Carbon (Nice), White/Carbon (Striking), Blue lacquered Carbon (V.Sexy up close). So at least seven, there may well be more, the factory are quite rightly discreet and everyone loves a little mystery. Am sure more cars will be hitting the streets soon......Here's hoping....

This is in contrast to M12/3R/M400s that MID and hence DVLA seem to know about.
Could explain a lot why DVLA seem oblivious to Noble as a manufacturer. Only a look at a log book would therefore be able to tell you what the factory are registering them as, but unsure why the factory wouldn't want DVLA to recognise them?
As the original question was how many have been sold, seems if these 4 are factory cars (although Matt above says there is only 3?) then that gives about 3 sold given what Matt posted above (two white and the blue carbon one) with two more in finish, and two more in build.
Would seem then I was crap for saying 2 when it is actually 3 customer cars delivered, 4 factory demonstrators, and two in build with two being finished. Ho hum.

And a black one with a yellow diffuser makes 4. And the blue carbon one was for mr. Dyson (Noble owner) so does this really count as a 'sale'? (so maybe back to 3...)Edited by joust on Tuesday 28th February 10:42
