I'm looking at a 1999 boxter, 50k miles at the weekend from a local garage.

Can anyone give me any buying tips?

Is is best to take the car to a porsche service centre to have checks done? (what's the usual charge for this)

Also, can you get a porsche warranty for a car this old? (any idea of price)?

many thanks
