Heading to the ring for a trackday in mid march and was wondering could anyone recommend me a good place for a Geo set-up & suspension check over prepared to go any where in england. Centre Gravity was my preferred choice but their completely booked up!

IF what you want is a specific set-up that will work on the Ring, I would recommend you book time with Manthey Racing just near the Ring.

They are Porsche experts and have successfully run their racing GT3 RSR in the 24h race and VLN races. Even winning occasionally wink

This is where I will eventually take my GT3 to get a geo sorted. But that car is also bought as a dedicated Ring tool.

Cheers for reply's guys! With regard to manthey motors i know their good but been there before and their prices are little steep to say the least!! Got a geo done at pro sport 2miles from the ring last year and was quite happy but would just rather deal with someone over in britain! Whereabout's is mike at sport & classic based?

same here, mike also fitted adjustable rss rear toe links along with full geometry set up on my car for Oulton Park in a few weeks time, I've been bedding in a new set of rubber as well today and the handling in the wet is sublime.

Mikes prices are (along with the service & product) the best bit!!... he needs to get the work to re-coup the £25k he just sunk into the new geo equipment!

A friend of mine uses them for his GT3 and when I was thinking about getting one he recommended them wholeheartedly.

I use JZM in Kings Langley
They maintain many GT cars who are frequent visitors to Silverstone, Spa and Nurburgring.
Ask for Steve McHale, he will personally test the set-up and ensure its what you looking for.
Steve has good personal links with Manthey and is an excellent resource to be in contact with.
