How do I copy in someone else's reply?

Dumb question but if I'm in a thread and I want to make a comment on someone else's comment, how do I insert it so it comes up in a box like I have seen others do?

PS Fantastic website, I am now losing approx an hr a day just to Pistonheads, keep up the good work!
