21 year old! Buying a Ferrari Enzo!! Advice plz

i'm 21 years old and am buying a Fezza Enzo. I have all the money to buy it outright, because I run a few different business that I set up when I was 15 which now make a lot of money even if I don't go to work.

i was told by a friend that this is the place to ask for advice because I don't know how to pay for it. Should I pay with cash paper notes, debit card, or bank transfer? I am not good with numbers so entering my PIN number or remembering my account details will be hard. Are dealers ok with accepting £450,000 in cash?
