This guy insists that you pay him a deposit within 2 hours, and then if you fail to pay he will take you to court.

I know we all hate idiot buyers, but putting stuff like this in your listing will just bring out the idiots.

Also, what does he think he will take them to court for?

If you make an offer, and he accepts while you are away from your computer for 5 or 6 hours, therefore not paying the deposit within his 2 hour window, will he refuse to sell you the car?
