CCJ issue then removal by Northumbrian Water!! How bad?

Until it's removed it will, once removed no.

Personally I'd send all the letters you've had to the court personally and ask for it to be removed rather than trust a water company to 1) do it 2) do it correctly.

I am awaiting written confirmation that this is sorted out, then I'll keep an eye on my Equifax file to make sure.
