Had a takeaway curry last night. Ordered my usual but I always tend to order a Phall sauce on it's own (£2 and made from a large number of Habaneros according to my guy at my local curry house!).

Anyway, I ate my lamb tikka vindaloo and disregarded the phall sauce as I was stuffed.

Tonight I've bought some chicken breasts and some mushrooms etc and I plan to make my own Phall.

Sauce has been in the fridge all day... can I reheat it without dying?

I can't recommend 'the smell test' enough. I'm yet to have any upset stomachs from eating off food, if it smells bad, don't eat it...if it's mouldy, don't eat it!

If its just the sauce I don't think it will be an issue. Its not like you are reheating chicken.

I know a local butcher who sells home made curry sauces that have a reasonable shelf life if kept refrigerated

Our local one serves really generous portions so we're always finishing up the leftovers reheated on Saturday lunchtime.

Never been ill yet (touchwood) and normally have chicken or lamb.
