Internal Scar Tissue

Does anyone know if it is worth asking if some scar tissue can be cut, or will it just heal up again and be pointless?
The reason I ask is that 5 and 10 years ago I had major abdonimal surgery. The first op caused some scar tissue that pulls when I sneeze if I do not brace my knees against my chest in time. The second idential op cut that scar tissue which was great, but in the last year it appears to have fused again which is literally a pain.
I'll never need the op for a third time thankfully, but I'm a really sneezy person and often sneeze multiple times a day. If I only sneezed once or so a week it would not be so bad, but this is really beginning to drag me down.

B. Various techniques can move a scar around or release it
C. You are going to need to see either an experienced General Surgeon, or a Plastic surgeon. Both should see you on the NHS.
