Messing with Gatso on April Fools Day - True Story

This is a true tale of someone that messed around with a Gatso on the A1.

April 1st a few years ago, they put an 'out of order' sign on a Gatso, then a few hundred yards up the road he put another...'Only joking'.

How sad is this?
