Can anyone advise Please.
How do you get the diff drain plug out, mine is stuck solid.
The worrying question that i have is are they L/H thread that would explain why it doesnt budge. However i cant see why it should be.
No problem with the fill plug that undid nice and easy.
Its the only job i have left to do.

Hi, I need some advice as well, is the drain plug on the BTR diff the small bolt at bottom rear with a bit of rubber round it?

Pretty sure its the BTR diff, the plug is the at the lowest point on the rear flange. 7/16 nut with a large flange. The fill is half way up on right hand side with big label attached.
Its quite rounded at the moment looks like i might have to get something welded onto it go give a bit more leverage.
Didnt think it would be LH thread but thought did cross my mind.

I had a few issues with mine in my Cerb i had to use a LITTLE heat on it be careful for 2 reasons if you do the fuel tank is above you and the back plate on the BTR is alloy so don't heat it too much as you could warp it.

A good socket and a breaker bar and it will come.

I think the only option left is welding a nut on. Its gone a bit to far for a good socket, i thought about a stud extractor but dont think it would go on far enough. The rounded back of the diff doesnt allow to much room for access.
Will update when i have an answer and result.
