Hi All,
Last Sunday I flew to Washington DC on a 2 week business trip.
On the Monday morning I noticed a rash on my right arm that looked like a lot of mozzy bites grouped together and kind of wandering over a 4 inch area. Also on the back of my left hand two more bites.
I have an apartment in Germany and had fallen asleep in a chair on the Friday night and left a window open, so I assumed they were bites.

However, the 'bites' look more blistery a week later and thinking back I realise that I had done some cleaning on the Saturday before and maybe I could have splashed my arm when I was doing the shower base or something.

Anyway I went to a chemist in DC who gave me some Cortizone cream but if anything its getting worse daily. Still a week left over here so will call my Doctor on Monday but any advise on here would be most welcome.

Started before I got to DC so confident not a party town problem.
Thanks for the lateral thinking though.

German labels but a bog cleaner but if it was one of the cleaners I think most likely the sink type surface cleaner when I was doing the shower base.

So a Mr.Muscle kind of thing? If so they do have a lot of harsh chemicals so it is understandable that this could produce a rash. However if it is getting worse after hydrocortisone cream has been on it for a few applications then it points to an infection maybe some dermatitis?

I'll keep up with the cream and head back to a pharmacy on Monday and see if they can give me something else.
Hope my hand doesn't drop off before I get home to see my GP.
Thanks for the responses.
