removal of heater vent

someone tell me how the heater vents come off without breaking then,so i can get to the screws that hold the inner casing to the dash!!!!!! thanks.

I added the vent removal pictures to the wiki. If the formatting or text needs work, I won't be offended if somebody makes it better.
