News item some time back...car "village" type place, anyone?

Sometime last year, I'm sure it was on PH, there was an article about a wealthy guy in America who built a kind of "village"/country club style place for cars and car owners. Owners could rent units of various sizes and it provided a place to "hang out" with other car enthusiasts.

Some units were kitted out with Poole tables, kitchens, living spaces, even showers.

Can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Can anyone else remember? Wouldn't mind a link to the story or video about it!?

I think I know the one you mean, did it have a large glass fronted building surrounded by cars?

Google "car condo" you may want to add "USA" or similar.
There are many in the USA, big thing and getting bigger for various reasons.
