And so it Begins...

Hi,
12 Months ago, a T350T caught my eye at Le Mans. The owner Tom(lovely chap) let me sit in it, and I was suddenly in my dads shoes, when he was younger, (TR3's and TR4's) and it enchanted me. I had driven to Le Mans in a Z4, which was my pride and joy, in convoy, with a group of mates (3 x Nobles) who had opened my eyes and heart to a world of fast cars.
Sitting in the car, emotion swept over me...I'll buy it! Just not the right time
A Z4 pulls inside beside me... i laugh, my friends say this is fate Steve. After speaking with Tom for a while longer, I joked one last time about buying it and we walk away, one last look...back to normality... That moment stayed with me...
It was all about TVR's...
12 Months on, and thanks to Bespoke Performance (Great Guys, and awesome setup) and Tom, who were both helpful and understanding, it's not a normal day anymore.

Thanks to all of you that have offered me advice, who i have met over the last 12 months at Kimbolton, Ashby Folville and the Cambridge TVR Crew, who took the time to talk to me last Sunday. To you all on this forum, I really appreciate it.
To the chap in the brooding grey Tuscan in Huntingdon, who caught me driving home yesterday and said, love the colour (i tried to act cool, but blurted out I just bought it!), it made my drive home. I saw another Tuscan today, in red and a smile emerged on our faces.
Finally, my friend Keith, came out with me today, he just bought his second Cerbera, he leant across and said, Steve, these aren't just cars, then the burble of the exhaust kicked in, nothing more was said...it said it all.
