Hi mate..Surely its just a standard radiator cap?..Either pressure or non-pressure..You have an expansion tank which normally has the pressure cap and generally the radiator has a non-pressure..ziga

Had a couple from my local radiator place for £3-4. Non pressure type. Just rubber on the back.

Mine are pressure caps (not flat ones). Although I do have about 8 left (V8 only).

Hi Adam, what should be fitted as standard? Mines has a flat non pressure type at the moment and it has started leaking.

Look on the top of your expansion tank cap and there should be a pressure rating probably around 16lbs..Try to get one with the same rating, You can go a little higher by not too much as its the releif pressure..Ziga

On the subject of the swan neck (mine is off for a soak in soda to remove internal sh+*te) i notice how "deep" into the tube the filler cap housing protrudes......blocks off quite a percentage of the internal diameter of the swan itself.
Rad guy says it wont really affect water flow....but it is noticable !!
