Jaguar X-Type 2L Diesel Oil thermostat

OK, here goes. Does anybody know where I can locate the oil cooler thermostat on the 2.0L diesel X-Type? (2005). All the other forums deal with either the 2.5 V6 engines or the 2.2D. If you know the answer then how many spanners/sets of knuckles to change it?
