Anyone know a good mortgage broker who can arrange mortgages for contractors?

I've been a contractor, in engineering, for 8 years, had my own limited company for 5, current contract to end nov 2012, never had any time off other than a week here and there, no debts, no poor history, have a decent set of accounts for this period, i'm in a decent financial position and yet when i want to extend my mortgage borrowing by a bit to pay for half of my extension build, leaving me with still 75% ltv, my current lender who literally threw the money at me 6 years ago is now saying no. I easilly have the monthly excess to cover it.

I've messed up because i've already sunk 25k of savings into the groundwork assuming the mortgage to cover the build was no problem - panic, wifes going to kill me.

Contractor Financials

Very good, no fee to you, they make their cut from the lender.

Used them a couple of times.
