SQL Querys

Hi all,


in a previous role I have used a small amount of SQL, but I have now bought a SAMS 24 hour book, and would appreciate any advice on the quickest and easiest way of setting up a test SQL DB (including software needed or recommended)

Depends what you end platform will be but MySQL is free and easy

If you're going to be writing for MS SQL Server, try installing MSDE (Desktop Edition)
