Was the rear spoiler an option on the 3.0 SC or were some years produced with it.

I don't know for sure, but I would suspect it was an option. The 3.2 had the sport pack option for the UK that gave it the rear tale and fron spoiler pair. You certainly see them without and I am pretty sure that they left the factory that way.

Same. Sport option included the front and rear spoilers and Fuchs. I think it also gave you Bilsteins instead of Boges.

Early cars featured an all rubber spoiler when fitted. Later cars had the 2 part glass fibre / rubber spoiler off the turbo where the rubber lip carried all the way round. The later 3.2 Carrera spoiler lost the side lip on the rubber part and flicked up at the back.

Non sport cars featured 15 inch Cookie cutter wheels rather than the Sport's 16 inch Fuchs wheels. On the Carrea non Sport cars had tele-dial wheels rather than the Sport's Fuch design wheels.

SC's had 15" Fuchs wheels, perhaps as part of the Sport option (at least to begin with - maybe 16" came later or were an option).

Vented part was plastic, not rubber
