Not Guilty – The sweetest words?

For anybody who had followed my cases – yes plural - I’m please to report triumph!!

The short version is I got 3 NIPs in 3 weeks – no silly speeds just 4-6 mph over.
One Force failed to prosecute in time so that took care of it’s self.
The other two went to the wire. I had been going down the unsigned route pre Yorke (first NIP was received about 16 month ago) however this was obviously rocky ground and I couldn’t make it stick. In fact the prosecution had ago at me for deliberately trying to exploit a closed loophole.
In the end – in both cases - I managed to show that I could not be sure who was driving at the time – even though one was a forward facing camera. Simple as that.
I was particularly pleased at the CPS Solicitor who thought I was a Lawyer; well you would, I was wearing a suit, carrying a £60 Road Traffic Law book and didn’t have a trace of Burberry. He then laughed at me when I told him I had never been to court before let alone been a Lawyer. How dare I pitting myself against his wealth of experience. He’s not laughing anymore.
I could of claimed costs - £60 book etc. but I forgot as I ran out of court before they changed their minds.
I would like to thank the Court Clerk who was incredible helpful to say she’s unbiased and not there to help.
I’d also like to thank my fellow PH’s especially Jeffery Archer but also Madcop, Tonybrav, Cooperman and every body else who donated their time and knowledge.

PS: As if this wasn’t lucky enough I also had £5 on Greece @ 80-1!! Now where did I leave that Lotto ticket……..

The www.pepipoo link is a bit like the chances of a successful conviction for doing 76mph on a motorway....non existant...
It's not goint to happen...Firstly because all of the 43 forces in England and Wales have strict guidelines on the amount of excess speed before ticket or report on summons. Secondly, due to speedo inaccuaracies and other factors; no Magistrate in the lang will be able to sentence for 6mph over the motorways speed limit of 70mph.
I would like to see read any evidence where that has ever been the case.
I've heard many people talk about being done for 'doing a couple of mph over the limit' and when I've looked into it, it's actually been 10mph over..

A few years ago my dad was done for 32mph in a 30 limit.
Impossible...no way in this world...fantasy...complete fabrication....cloud cuckoo land...

I've been pulled for doing 32 in a 30 and I know it was complete fabrication. I saw the car in the mirrors and drove transfixed by the speedo bang on 30mph so he wouldn't pull me, anyway this must have been suspicious enough so he made it up about the 32 pulled me over and had a good sniff to see if I'd been drinking, breathalised me and waved me on my merry way. So didn't actually "do me" for the speeding.

Careful Gary, if you start delving into www.pepipoo.com as well, you won't ever get outside again, trust me.
If you are genuinely interested, sign up and introduce yourself over there and ask for someone to produce the evidence of a NIP for less than 10% +2. I am sure someone will oblige fairly quickly.

36 in a 30 - Went to Court
48 in a 40 - Went to Court (I thought it was 46 when I wrote ealier
54 in a 50 - Didn't go to Court
