SORN declaration

We want to declare our car SORN but cannot find the reminder as we recently moved house. Is there a way to do it without the tax reminded?

There's a form online. Print it, fill it in and send it to DVLA with the tax disc.

You'll need the registration number, and another number that is on the V5 document.
