2nd monitor blew up last night (the righthand one with my outlook window on) Screen went all wibbly then burning smell. Cheaper to get a new one than get it repaired

ebay is the answer! I got a 21" CRT for about 30 quid, 15 quid delivery if I remember...
At that price you can afford for it to blow up - mine hasn't after 3 months...
How do you connect two monitors to one computer?
That would be something that I would find really usefull!

Either by having two graphics cards or one graphics card with two VGA outs, whats referred to as 'twin head'
I've got a Matrox G550 graphics card 'twin head' your desktop extends to the second monitor so you can have two windows open, one on each monitor. Its sooooo usefull.
Yeaaaaaaaah... Just had a call from a friends mother who works for the Civil service. She has a 19" monitor under her desk which has been upgraded, hence they don't mind if she keeps it!.
