Toward the end of 2011, Easy Track were offering a buy 1 get 1 free on selected track days at the end of the 2011 season, buy 1 in 2011 & get a free day in Spring 2012 was their advertised deal.

At the 2011 event I attended (Rockingham) Easy Track organisers said they'd let people know what the deal was in the New Year.

Despite several emails, checking the Easy Track website, no news until yesterday when I had an email from Easy Track telling me emails were sent in January, all the dates for the free events were now passed. Checked Spam box, nothing.

I have now checked with another person who bought the same track day as me under the buy 1 get 1 free offer, he's had nothing either, in fact Easy Track have not responded to any of his emails.

So, has anyone else booked under this same offer in 2011 & either had the offer of the free day or in the same boat as us?

Thanks.

As Jon has said, I booked the same offer.

We had a good day at Rockingham, and I was looking forwards to my free spring track day.

However I have had no emails of the offer dates from easytrack, and I have been sending emais with no response.

I have also called and left messages on the answer phone , but have had no response.

I have to say if this offer was just I get people booked at the end of the year with no real hope of a track day in 2012, it will be the last time I use easytrack !

Me and a friend had a great day at Rockingham with Easytrack last sept and qualified for this. I didn't even know about it until the briefing at Rockingham. Didn't spin/cause a red or yellow as we were told not to in order to get an invite to a spring day this year. Sounds like you guys must have done ;-)
Got an emailed invite mid January to either Snetterton or Bedford. Went to Snett a couple of weekends ago and must have been about 60 cars. Felt like more than at Rockingham but track seemed a lot quieter at Snett and lots of same faces driving very well despite subzero temps. I don't think there was a single red or even a yellow for driving. Took one of their 8 day packs as a result, so that trick worked for them. :-) Thumbs up ET.

Tom, thanks but the offer was purely a financial agreement, no strings re spins or flags.

Not that Nigel or I span that day anyway.

Tom I agree with Jons comments!!

I don't think there were any provisos set or implied as part of the booking re good driving etc!

and as Jon says we had no spins or other issues, and that was nothing compared to the two red flaw events caused by the peugeot rally on its side and the clio in the kitty litter to name a few!!

You are not alone......

I have had terrible trouble with Easy Track, they owe me money and don't answer e-mails.

I booked Silverstone in Nov 2010, it was called off for Ice. I passed the entry on to Silverstone Dec 2011. Easytrack cancelled 2011 event, saying Silverstone were at fault. Silverstone denied it alleging lack of full funds from Easytrack for the day.

Easytrack wouldn't answer my calls or e-mails. Finally they did, saying I would get a full refund. Never seen it.

I speak to people who run circuits in the UK who told me thet Easy Track are referred to as Sleazy Track in the industry. I will never do business with them again. I guess I will never see my money either.

I have always found Tim and his family who work for Easytrack very helpful and straight down the line, I have never had a problem when dealing with him or his family.
