Air Ambulance has to pay VAT on fuel!

I know it might do nothing. But. Given the RNLI don't pay VAT on their fuel, it'd be nice if the Air Ambulances were afforded the same option. So someone has started an E-Petition and I thought I'd bring it a bit of attention see if we can get the politicians to discuss it.
