So just had a couple of flight options sent to me for a trip to Moscow next week, either BA or Aeroflot.

The Aeroflot flights are at a slightly more civilised time, BA involves a 6.35am flight out of Moscow.

I also quite fancy the adventure of Aeroflot, I am sure they have improved in recent times from there terrible reputation of a few years ago.

Anyone know for sure before I commit !

Hate to find a flight with just a cup of water served to a seat not quite bolted to the plane ....

I am a sliver card holder with Aeroflot. They are very good and have an excellent international record with modern planes. I prefer them to BA (silver as well) as the planes are much newer, the staff much nicer and you do get some food which is more than can be said for most BA flights.

Nothing at all wrong with Aeroflot internationally... now if you are going on an internal flight, check the aircraft type.... that is different

Brilliant, booked and looking forward to it. I usually try and avoid BA at all costs, although had the misfortune to travel 4 times with them this month.

Usually late, regularly cancelled guaranteed miserable staff... and the automatic check in is often faulty ! Apart from that spot on !

Has to be BA, and from what I recall its Club World, so you get to have a decent nap!

If you are flying into SVO, then you can get a train into the centre or pre-book a car. If you need numbers, PM me as I have a couple of numbers and the drivers will/can speak English. Driving in Moscow is a different kettle of fish... Hang on for dear life!
