Finance Courses

Dear PH,

I am thinking about doing a finance course, either an intensive one week course or a series of night classes lasting however long. I understand finance and the mathematics of it though I have not come from an accounting or financial background and I would like to develop my understanding to make decisions based on market knowledge with financial forecasting rather than market knowledge alone.

I have looked at the week courses at LBS (I am based in London which will make a difference to the weekly course option) which looks like it has a certain pedigree to it. However if anyone else has any further experience on courses they have done please could you share or advise?

Ahh yes of course, decisions to take on new product ranges on one side and feasibility analysis for international expansion of my business for another...I have an accounts team but i would like to be able to/would like to learn how put together detailed projections and budgeting myself.

And of course it would help my quest for global domination.
