Hi All,
I have just had a call from Hendon Way Porsche stating that they've got customers looking for the same car that I am currently selling. I spoke to them and they want me to take it to them for the day, get their customers in and let them have a look and see if they can sell it which I guess is kind of like a sale or return deal.

We talked money on the phone and they came in at pretty near the advertised price. The question is, does anyone have any experience of doing this and did it work and are they likely to stick to the price on the phone or try and beat me down significantly? If so, Im not going to bother with the effort of taking it down there.

By the way, this isn't an attempt to advertise the car outside of classifieds ( which is why I havent stated what it is or linked to the advert ), I just wondered if anyone has experience of selling in this way.
