Bike ride-outs?

As the spring appears to be on its way, I'm keen to get out for some early morning weekend ride-outs when I can, if anybody else is interested. I'm not suggesting riding en masse, just 2 or 3 bikes.

I've been riding a few years and enjoy riding on twisty, undulating back roads.

I know the Lancs/Cheshire/Derbyshire (and North Wales/Lakes albeit a bit further afield) regions quite well.

I'm based on the Western side of the Manchester area.

I was talking about motorbikes, although I do also like mountain biking (preferably technical/ challenging/mountain trails)
