Urgent Help - email wrong in the advert bit

Trying to post an add but the email address stored there is an old one from the last time I sold a car! My new one is in my profile but it won't allow me change the one stored in the classified section. It says cannot change please contact PH!!

I've mailed for a few days and every time I phone it says all operators are busy!!

Pretty stuck now and don't really want to post an advert with an old address on.

Anyone help
