Panasonic 32"?

I am looking at two panasonic's 32" for my bedroom

Are these the same? but different ID's for different shops?

As I already have TX-L32G10B for my living room which really happy with (especially) viewing angles as I have sofa's either side of tv (Narrow lounge)

Can you tell me the different between the two? also would you keep the TX-L32G10B in lounge or are other newer that much better???
