Photoshop Challenge!

Hi everyone, last year i took this photo at Prescott Hill Climb and as you can see, a cluttered background has ruined the shot. The car itself seems to be took at a pretty good angle, with a different backing and some motion blur i reckon it would make a nice picture. What i'm after here is some help from all of you...

Please could someone kindly volunteer to find me a background to use in replacement, or even better, do it for me! I'm not exactly an expert at Photoshop and i find this stuff a little hard, so help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone wants to do any further editing to improve my image, you're most welcome too. I was hoping to start using gradients but unfortunately i just can't get my head around it. To make this a little more interesting, we can have a little competition, so the person who does the best editing wins. The prize is my very greatest thanks!

Once I'd taken the spectator cars out the ambulances needed some context so that's Swindon hospital I've added. You were right about the motion blur, looks amazing. You have such a good eye.
