S Series Hood Cover

Dear all,

I know this might be massaging forum rules a bit, but to give S Owners a bit of advance notice : I've got what I believe to be a Leven "Cradle Cap" - i.e heavy duty, bespoke hood cover for the S series which is surplus to requirements. It has a flap either end that tucks into boot/bonnet and attaches to your mirrors via rucksack type clips. Even has a clear cut-out window for your tax disc. Nice piece of outdoor kit to keep your S dry.

I'm open to offers as I'm not sure what it's value is.

Soon to be posted on the Classifieds and Ebay but I'd prefer it to go to a forum-er

I have one as well, they are top quality and still made, oddly I was there this morning and talking about them.

I think they are about £150 new.

I use one and can confirm they are up to the job, I also have a breathable one (custom made for the S) that covers the whole car, but have used the Leven one on its own and its good

I will take one tomorrow (if I remember), it is a Hamilton Classics, expensive but very good (and soft)
