Has anyone used lock washers on their TVR rather than adhesive?

I was in a north sea oil company this week and stumbled across these things and thought could be useful on the suspension refurb underway?

These are recomended for under the exhaust manifold bolts.

Nordlocks are superb are not cheap and work great on the exhaust manifold bolts ! Just remember to renip them after a few miles though
