Series III LWB Classification

As I received my license after January 1st 1997 you need to apply for a license with a higher classification to drive a minibus. I was wondering what a Series III LWB Station Wagon would be classed as; a minibus or a car? As it has 10 or 12 seats I was wondering if it would be legal for me to drive it or if I would need to apply for a minibus license in order to do so.
