Tamora rear valance

Whilst under the car i decided to replace the 6 bolts securing the valance to the car, only 5 were in place and i now know it's because the one that was missing one won't "bite" into the body of the car, any suggestions please

The bolts go into bras bobbins set into the fibreglass . The easiest way would be grind the glass from the top of the bobbin and use a longer bolt with a nut . alternativley re-tap it for a bigger bolt (my probable choice )or helicoil .

Yeap a re-tap is the most straight forward... helicoil is over the top and a pain!!

Thanks for the info chaps, Kev, i'll call you in the week, may need a hand to remove the valance for further investigation
