My girlfriend just suggested selling her car and taking my Golf so that I can keep the Griff AND buy a Caterham (or similar)

If shes half the girl that this post suggests, forget about the engagement ring, she would rather that the money is invested in some upgrades for the car

Tiffany's????

Not sure the best place to get one, but I suggest getting one sooner rather than later and getting it on her finger

British Virgin Islands.

That way, she gets a nice holiday and you spend about 33% of the UK cost of a good diamond...

I can only hope for your sake that the PistonHeads community hasn't heard of this plan of yours before Ali.

And no, I've no idea of a good place to buy an engagement ring.

Well she wont be able to get away. She'll have a Golf TDi and I'll have a choice of a Caterham and a Griff, I'll easily catch her!

Edited: I'd at least get her a newer quicker Golf, or infact anything else she wants

Your initial post only mentioned Ali suggesting a change in the fleet - nothing about nuptuals.

Do you think she'd want to marry you?

Whoa, Whoa Guys!

It took Adam 73 years to buy a Griff, getting engaged ain't gonna happen before we are pushing up the daisies.

Ever thought you may have made a rash post Adam?
