Afternoon chaps,

I've had a search and couldn't really find an answer to my question so decided upon starting a new thread...

I'm after a new trolley jack and looking to spend upto £150. The jack would be used frequently as I'm always under my own car and forever servicing and doing the odd jobs to family and friends cars. (hatchbacks to 4x4s).

Low entry isn't a must (I have a small bottle jack) but would be nice and I would prefer a steel construction, with a lifting load of 2-3tons.

I am most interested in what trolley jacks people use who are in the motor industry as these are most likely to have a fairly hard life and used daily (or should I say hourly!) so could hopeful give me an idea of the jacks practicality and reliability.

When searching jack threads it only gives me a DIY review and lots of Costco praise!

Many thanks for any useful input!

Definitely. For £90 the thing is amazing - low entry, 3 ton so it lifts the Caterham and the RR with equal aplomb.
