FAN SWITCH OVERIDE

thinking off putting in a overide fan switch, will it be ok to just join up to the wires that go to fan already + and - and put a fuse in line ,just not sure about putting power on the wires that come from the loom

you could trace back the wiring to the otter switch and put a switch to cross the wires and kick the fan on.

hi , thanks for info, sounds like a safer way to do it ,just cross the two wires from rad
switch, on to a inside one,;)

I dug this out, I kept it from many years ago and from a different car, but it shows the recommended way of wiring in the fan and manual switch;
