Anyone know about ticket prices and where to get them for the test day on 3rd June?

Ticket for the whole of race week including testday: 69 euros
Ticket just for the testday: 28 euros
source: http://www.lemanstourisme.com/dnn/Default.aspx?tab...

Edit: these are available at the gates, so no need to buy them elsewhere for some extra money!

Depends if you want them just for the test day or for the race as well. I may have a couple free nearer the time just for the test day, and am awaiting news (for those who had them last year) of marshals tickets which give secondary paddock access and seating over the pits. I'll post when I know and they'll be €40 each.

Thanks,

I think I'll probably get them from this source which I found after starting the thread on PH. I would just be happy to view from the Arnage/Indianopolis part of the circuit. I'll have to check that out.

Dear Sir,

Tickets will be on sale only that day at the gate and the cost is 15 €.

Best regards

Is there camping available for the test day 3rd June (Sunday night), and can you just turn up and pay to camp.

Might just pop down for the long weekend as it is bank holiday on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th June, as i also fancy spending a day visiting a couple of ww2 sites in Normandy, never seem to have the time when I go for the 24hr

If you are interested in cars generally, then the same weekend there is also
http://www.sportetcollection.info south of Poitiers.

I would expect there to be camping at both events, if you just turn up.

I'm trying to find out what areas of the track and parking are available for the general admission price. Anyone know? Also what hours will the testing take place?

It's been a long time, but in 1999 and 2001 the campsites were not open, but I parked my car on parking vert (parking was free) and put up my tent next to it. In those years testing was on saturday and sunday. I arrived friday evening, put up my tent and stayed till monday morning. As we all know the ACO doesn't like to make things easy for the public, so this could well be changed of course. Alternative campsite (the closest to the circuit) http://www.ville-spay.fr/spip.php?rubrique28

Yes, there is usually camping available at the circuit.

Last year the Houx campsite was open, cost was about €15. There is also free camping on white parking BUT there are no facilities.

I will check with our contact at the ACO to confirm whether there will be camping available for this year.
