Help - Correcting EXIF time data

Hey Guys, I went out and took some photos this weekend under Waterloo Station in Leake Street but I had forgotten to reset my cameras clock back to GMT so consequently all this weekends photos have the wrong time data in the EXIF info. Does anyone know an easy way of editing/correcting the times? I've done a couple of Google searches and the method that keeps coming up involves using Adobe Camera Raw which I don't have.

PS - They are Canon cr2 raw files I'd like to edit.

On the Mac I use HoudahGeo for Geotagging, if I recall correctly you can use it to edit exif dates and times too.
