range rover 2005 - rear seat ski 'hatch'

for some reason my car does not have this?

so, i want to do the 'conversion' - not for ski's but for fishing rods!

any advice much appreciated

Probably worth looking in breakers yards for the 2/3 split rear seat in the right colour.

I had it on my last one (not sure about this one - pretty certain that it doesn't have it). The "sock" that emerges from the ski hatch is quite stiff nylon. It is also a bit of a pain to pack away.

Might be worth asking over at fullfatrr.

Interestingly, it seems like you can just cut a hole!
