Wedge in Stockton on Tees ?

I was just pulling out of the garage where my Wedge was being tested, yesterday.

Whereupon a lovely burbling Wedge appeared across my bows (I was in my Rover).

The Wedge was a convertible, in a nice shade of silvery blue (?).

Sound familiar to anyone ?
