This is Bailey, he's a deaf Border Collie.

Bailey has just turned a year old. He is a very loving and responsive boy. Bailey is neutered & up to date with vaccinations. Bailey has passed his Puppy & Bronze Kennel Club Good Citizen. Bailey needs a home where there is someone about most of the time or who can take him with them when out & about. He is not suitable to live with young children. As you can see from the photos Bailey can run off lead as he checks back frequently for direction, he has great potential. He is fine with cats in the home and ignored chickens in a run. He has however barked at horses and I feel would chase if he got the chance presently. He has setttled in well here with my three dogs, all neutered males. If you would like to know more about adopting Bailey please contact ~ thedeafdognetwork@hotmail.co.uk with your contact details and reasons for your interest.

ETA - he's in High Wycombe

How young do you consider young children?

He's a beautiful looking dog . I'd have him in a minute, but I've got an old grump which can't stand Collies, or any thing bigger than himself. So , till he goes, I'm a one dog family. And then ,I've got to persuade her indoors, not a doggy person that a dog is a need .She's collie daft, we had one that melted her heart ( and dogs don't often do that to her) .
