E46 M3 rear squeaks

My '04 E46 M3 coupe has developed an interior squeak/rattle where the rear seat backs meet the housings.

Does anyone have any remedies for this before I'm driven to distraction?!

This may well be rear damper top mounts although this is more of a rattle. Sounds familiar from my own experience. The parts are cheap and there isn't a great deal of labour required to fit them.
